Customer Service Officer - Basic $2900+$100 Allowance,West - #1119782

Summary :

• Basic up to $2900+Allowance+OT

• Entry level

• West/Northeast

Key Responsibility :

• Provide support to the Customer Service team in daily operations.

• Create, issue, and post Purchase Orders (PO) in the system accurately.

• Prepare and amend invoices as required.

• Follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.

• Ensure correct item codes and pricing are used when processing orders.

• Liaise with customers and internal departments to coordinate and process orders efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Generate Sales Return Orders and verify return requests.

• Process and issue credit notes for approved return orders.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided

• Willing to perform OT when needed (OT Payable)
