Responsibilities
· Work with Manager to manage client’s facility operations
· Daily record keeping for system break down
· Work order arrangeme nt and new work order creation in SAP system
· Check and verify workers’ overtime
· Trace third parties’ quotation for verification of cost saving and support for projects
· Attend to urgent calls
· Supervise routine maintenance services
· Interact with external customers, companies and/or regulatory authorities
· Assist in site and system inspections
· Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in office / administrative support
· Team player with good communication and people skills
· Experience in pharmaceutical / manufacturing / office is a plus
· Works at designated properties during business hours but is required to be on call after office hours in cases of emergency situations
