Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions while assessing commercial and project risks.

• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, performance, and procurement schedules.

• Administer contracts, handle claims, change management, and ensure compliance

• Oversee monthly valuations, payment applications, and subcontractor claims.

• Supervise site activities, monitor safety, productivity, and quality standards.

• Implement geotechnical risk mitigation and provide technical support on-site.

• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and efficient resource allocation.

• Maintain project reports, compliance, and documentation for governance and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
