We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Building Executive to join our Property & Facilities Management team, reporting directly to the Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of NKF Dialysis Centres. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervise contractors and technicians, and manage minor renovation projects from planning to completion. You will also coordinate with nursing staff and external service providers to resolve facility-related issues, maintain compliance with regulations, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care environments.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
1. To manage, monitor & oversee minor renovation work at Dialysis Centres
To rectify M&E issues for repair and maintenance work
To supervise site contractors during and after job completion
To identify, review & finalise work requirement, calling for quotations; site supervision & handing over of completed premise for DC Operation
To check & verify job condition/ completion before release of payment
2. To identify maintenance works required at Dialysis Centres.
To call for quotation
To do evaluation and submit recommendation to Reporting Officer for approval
To conduct site supervision with contractors upon award of job.
To rectify M&E issues for repair and maintenance work
To supervise site contractors during and after job completion.
3. To supervise Term Contractors on term contract works. eg. Air-Con Maintenance, Landscaping Maintenance, Cleaning/ Highdusting Work, Pest Control Maintenance, Sanitary & Washroom Service etc.
To monitor term contract schedule with the respective term contractors
4. To provide Maintenance Management for NKF Dialysis Centres
To conduct monthly Building Preventive Inspection
To supervise contractors in the Maintenance Programme on M & E Systems to ensure service standard and compliance with Government Statutes etc.
