Working Hours: Mon to Thu (8.30AM to 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM to 5.30PM)
Job summary:
The Staff Officer, Service Excellence plays a crucial role in assisting the day-to-day operation of a responsive Feedback System, including evaluating and acting on public feedback, liaising with relevant Department/Unit on follow-up actions, including service recovery. The officer will also assist in the implementation of service excellence plans and policies including to assist in monitoring, collating and generating organisation’s feedback statistics.
Key responsibilities:
Act on day-to-day public feedback received, including to monitor and resolve the feedback within expected standards.
Assist in implementation of service excellence plans and policies, which includes working and communicating with relevant Department/Unit.
Monitor, collate and generate timely and accurate force wide feedback statistics for analysis and presentation, when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good Microsoft office skills.
Good writing and interpersonal skills in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Detailed and meticulous in planning.
Motivated and takes initiative.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work well in a team.
Knowledge of organisational services, operations, and public safety measures is an advantage.
