We are currently hiring passionate and dedicated Student Care Teachers to join student care centres and Admin cum Front Desk to join tuition centres, which have multiple branches located throughout Singapore.
Immediate vacancies for Student Care Teachers are available at Woodlands, Toa Payoh, Bukit Batok, Tampines, and Sengkang.
Student Care Teachers
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good classroom discipline and rules
Keep the classroom clean and provide a conducive environment for students to learn and rest
Supervise students at all times to ensure their physical and mental well-being during care hours
Follow the centre’s daily routines and operational procedures
Attend to individual student needs, such as health conditions and dietary restrictions
Encourage positive interactions among students and provide emotional support and guidance when needed
Carry out tasks and follow guidelines assigned by the Centre Manager
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cooperative and team-oriented work environment
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the classroom during daily activities
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification with 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in English
Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking students and parents
Strong team player with a proactive “can-do” attitude
Cheerful and outgoing personality with a passion for working with children
Good organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage daily tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children
Admin cum Front Desk
Job Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in visitors, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat inquiries professionally; understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
Assist with student registration, class scheduling, trial lesson bookings, and manage student attendance records accurately.
Record and manage tuition fee payments, issue receipts, and maintain comprehensive documentation of transactions and communications.
Support teachers with admin tasks (e.g., printing, class rosters), and manage daily centre operations including opening/closing and maintaining cleanliness.
Assist with social media updates, event coordination, and basic HR or recruitment tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of admin or customer service experience, with at least GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Mandarin with basic English communication skills to engage with Mandarin-speaking parents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfortable with digital tools.
Cheerful personality with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and available to work evenings and weekends.

协助社交媒体更新、活动协调,并在需要时支持基础人事或招聘工作
职位要求:
至少一年行政或客户服务经验,拥有 GCE 'O' Level、文凭或同等学历
能流利使用中文与家长沟通,并具备基本英文沟通能力
熟练使用 Microsoft Office(特别是 Word 和 Excel)及各种数字工具
性格开朗、态度积极,具备良好的人际沟通能力和服务意识
具备独立工作能力,条理清晰,能在快节奏环境中多任务处理,适应晚上和周末工作
