About the role

As a Site Coordinator at Dong Jian (Singapore) Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of construction projects in the site. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of project tasks, maintaining site safety, and delivering high-quality work to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and oversee the activities of construction teams on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards

2. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise

3. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

4. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site

5. Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, including the allocation of resources and equipment

6. Provide guidance and support to construction workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment

7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the construction project

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a site coordinator or similar supervisory role in the construction industry

2. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications

5. Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools

6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

8. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field

9. 1 year experience and fresh-graduate are welcome.
