A jewellery E-commerce store is hiring for Sales Admin
(6 months contract role Dec 25 - May 26)
Salary: $3000 - $3500 (Depends on experience)
Location: Yishun
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.45pm
(Required to support on weekends when events are scheduled.)
Job duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate inventory movements, handle discrepancies, and optimize inventory processes.
- General administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Providing administrative and operational assistance to the team, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of events.
