About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Dong Jian (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of civil and structural engineering projects in the Springleaf North Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, contributing to the strategic objectives of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols

• Conduct site inspections and surveys, monitoring progress and identifying potential issues or deviations

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical problems and find practical solutions

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, documentation, and records related to site operations

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, promoting safety and quality standards

• Participate in the planning and execution of site activities, contributing to the overall project management process

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field

• 1 year experience in a site engineer or similar role within the construction industry is acceptable

• Fresh-graduate are welcome

• Proven track record of successfully managing civil and structural engineering projects, from planning to completion

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, and project management tools

• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Singapore
