  • Plan and develop design proposal including feasibility study, conceptual design, preliminary program, budget estimation and cashflow projection

  • Able to formulate and execute detail master plan for project implementation and produce detail design for healthcare and supporting infrastructure to meet corporate’s objective and users’ need.

  • Coordinating interior finishes including color schemes and material selection. Possess knowledge on material selection for various clinical application including preparing presentation

  • Handle design development including drafting, tender preparation and evaluation for sourcing event and construction management

  • Able to execute, supervise, manage development project, including progress tracking and ensuring that works are executed in accordance with specification and terms & conditions of the contract.

  • Project management including project meeting minutes, status & expenditure reports

  • Identify and plan for resources needed for project implementation including evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, relevant departments, consultant and contractors effectively to minimize impact to operations, safety and environment

  • Manage project activities’ risks effectively to achieve successful on time completion and desired outcome

  • Manage cost effectively and exercise good governance in payment management.

  • Establish and track performance targets with partners / vendors including conduct performance evaluation and develop solutions to close performance gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture / Interior design with min 4 years of relevant experience or diploma in Architecture / Interior design with min 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in designing healthcare facilities or similar establishment which involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirement is an advantage. 

  • Conversant with most of the relevant guidelines and legislative requirements.

  • Knowledge on relevant Accessibility, Sustainability and Design for Safety Guidelines and their applications

  • Strong team player with good project management and interpersonal/ communication skills, Independent, proactive, adaptable.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
