Job Description

* To manage and supervise workers/ sub-contrcators / suppliers and monitor playground site activities

* To plan and schedule works for the workers

 * Do a kick off project meeting with sales team

* To attend site meetings

* To ensure site safety and compliance to authoritie's requirements

* To establish good relationship with all relevant parties

Requirements

* Minimum Diploma (Building/ Construction) or relevant works experience

* Must be mature & resourceful & hardworking & work under tight timeline

* Independent with own initiative

* Good leadership skill

* Knowledge of autocad 

* Possess own transport and a valid driving license
