§ Lead quality and compliance activities e.g. direct all resources, set objectives, work as the SPOC for client, deliver quality tasks and report on performance directly to the Global QA Director.
§ Ensure compliance of services to relevant GxP regulations.
§ Review QMS and ensure Sodexo compliance with requirements within the contract
§ Ensure compliance of services with relevant GxP regulations.

§ Perform investigations and special projects as required by Sodexo senior management locally and for the central quality department.
§ Perform audits of all 'GxP' services which Sodexo provide to . These services include GMP cleaning, Pest control, contract management,
§ Conduct training in GxP and QMS topics, to the wider Sodexo operations team.
§ Execute various processes (e.g. change control, risk management, 3rd party management) in compliance to relevant standards
§ Provide training to Quality staff based on SME knowledge
§ Perform investigations and special projects as required by Sodexo senior management locally and for the central quality department.
§ Attend HBV Pest Control HBV Gemba Walk
§ Sharing updates during monthly governance call with client.
§ Conduct self-inspection for pest control
§ Liaise with pest control vendor for justification and action taken for the Pest Control Monthly Trending report out of action and alert limit issue
§ Map new curriculum ID to new GMP cleaner, 3. Raise VQD-TEMPL-015929 SGVX - Training Change Request if there is resignation
§ Conduct self-inspection for GMP cleaning, i.e. Logbook signature
§ Provide guidance for the GMP cleaner to complete their my learning to ensure no overdue
§ Prepare quarterly SUPP Agenda Pest Control slides to present for SLT
§ Lead and manage quality and compliance related activities and oversee compliance aspects of operational activities carried out by Sodexo in site.
§ Perform audits of all ’GxP’ services which Sodexo provide to in Singapore. These services include Distribution and Logistics, Document Solutions, GMP cleaning, Pest control, Lab services, Records services, Technical lab services, contract management, waste disposal, lab instrument services and facilities management (e.g. buildings/equipment maintenance, calibration, qualification).
§ Assist with management, development and continuous improvement of the Global Quality Management System for the site.
§ Work with client and Sodexo teams to investigate root-causes and implement corrective actions where GxP deficiencies are discovered. Influence and coach Senior Management to ensure robust quality systems are in place.
§ Perform investigations and special projects as required by Global Quality & Compliance Executive.
§ Maintain communication with key Sodexo and client personnel.
§ Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff (Sodexo and client).
§ Conduct site visits to implement quality systems and ensure that regulatory/client expectations are being met.
§ Conduct training in GxP and QMS topics, to the wider Sodexo operations team.
§ Advise clients and Sodexo of any changes in legislation which may impact the business.
§ Review Risk Assessments for both Sodexo and other vendors based on new hazards and risks that have occurred during operations.
§ PTW, RA and contractors’ management.
§ Compile Leading indicators and Lagging indicators for sharing onto Governance Deck
§ Major Audit Support
§ Maintain PPE Matrix
§ Perform GEMBA before approval of PTW especially for lifesaving rules works such as lifting works, excavating, Work at height
