Successful candidate is responsible for the maintenance of accounting book for company , 5 days work week ;as well as assisting Supervsiors on operational finance and administration matters
Main Responsibilities
To handle and facilitate end-to-end of designated finance related activities including but not limited to:
Assisting on full set of accounts
screening with daily Accounting & Finance duties including billing, receivables and payables processes, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
Verifying with Accounts Payable functions such as Giro payment and Bank transfers
Handle staff claims reimbursement
Raising monthly AR Aging Report for review and manage outstanding AR
Liasing with administrative duties related to accounting such as grant management, documentation, filing, updating records and generation of internal report
Coordination with bankers, suppliers, company secretary, tax agents and any other third party, as required
Requirements
Only Singaporen/Singpore Permanent Resident holders will be considered
Minimum 1 year experience with MYOB accounting system
Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
Chartered Accountant/ CPA qualification would be an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office program including MS Excel, Power point & MS Word.
Must be meticulous and analytical.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
