Project Manager (Construction) - #1119462

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC for Chemical Materials. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Manager to be part of their Project Management Team for ongoing projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Project Manager:

• Oversee the overall management of the project, including training, audits, manpower planning, and P&L management (revenue, cost, and margin).

• Serve as the primary liaison with partner companies, contractors, and other stakeholders on all project-related matters.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and management.

• Work closely with the Contracts Department to support operational and administrative matters related to projects.

• Coordinate with the Technical Department on product testing, certifications, and other technical requirements.

• Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely purchasing, shipment, and delivery of products and materials.

• Provide regular updates to management on training, audit results, manpower status, site progress, and other project developments.

• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, based on project and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder

• Min 3 years Project Manager experience in Construction / Facilities Management industry

• Possess class 3 license with own car
