Job Title: Finance Executive (Immediate starter - 3 months + Renewable)

Work Week: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Attire: Corporate Attire

Salary: $3000 - $3400

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Executive, you will need to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process vendor invoices, staff claims, payments, and purchase orders with accuracy and compliance

• Verify/track supporting documentation/reconcile and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Prepare journal entries and support the month-end closing process with a finance admin

• Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review

• Maintain organised and accurate financial records for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with the following:

• Education: ITE/Diploma and above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts

• Good understanding of financial processes, bookkeeping principles, and reporting standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero)

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• A proactive, meticulous, and reliable team player who can work independently
