Responsibilities:

• Managed exam preparation, logistics, and special arrangements.

• Handled assessment scheduling and invigilator coordination.

• Maintained student records and processed certificates and transcripts.

• Advised students on academic matters, managed enrolments, handled appeals and misconduct cases, and supported at-risk students

• Managed assessment marking, moderation, invoicing, and timely release of results

• Monitored academic progress and supported Board of Examiners reporting each study period

• Supported students and staff with academic enquiries, class schedules, surveys, ID cards, and document requests
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field

• No experience required. Training will be provided

• Able to commit to weekend exam invigilation duties
