Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Prepare and submit new hire P-files, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
Check and submit recruitment-related invoices for processing
Support career fairs and outreach initiatives, including poster creation and logistics coordination
Assist with internship recruitment and onboarding activities
Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 2 years of administrative or HR support experience
Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
