About the role

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This full-time position in Macpherson, Central Region, will see you developing and executing tailored social media strategies to promote the company's products and services, build a strong brand identity, and connect with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement goals

2. Create and curate engaging, visually appealing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

3. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimise and improve strategies

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with the company's overall marketing and branding objectives

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to inform and enhance the company's digital marketing approach

6. Identify opportunities to leverage influencers, user-generated content, and other innovative social media tactics to reach and engage target audiences

7. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution

2. Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, on-brand content for various social media platforms

3. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices, and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions

4. Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to create or curate visually appealing social media content

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Love engaging on Social Media Platforms like Tik Tok, IG, Facebook, Linkedin, XiaoHongShu

7. Passion for beauty, skincare and haircare

8. Effectively bilingual
