Work schedule: Full day

Responsibilities:

To perform estimation for variation submission
Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalization of accounts
Perform measurements for quantities
Evaluation of price comparison
Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
Monitoring of project variations
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and management

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
