Community Engagement Senior Executive (1-Year Contract) - #1119325

What you'll be doing

• Partner with residents, volunteers, and community stakeholders to co-create and organise activities, interest groups, and programmes

• Encourage and support residents to initiate and self-run community activities

• Collaborate with local leaders and partners to deliver meaningful programmes and services

• Gather feedback and insights to enhance resident engagement and programme effectiveness

• Promote participation in suitable health, social, and volunteer activities within the precinct and broader community

• Oversee the daily operations of the community centre, including logistics, budgeting, and resource coordination

• Maintain proper documentation and data for programme evaluation and reporting

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Social Sciences/ Community Development or related studies

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in community engagement/ social service

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse groups

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Passion for community building and promoting active citizen participation
