Responsibilities:

- Operate EDM machines

- Programming, machining, electrode preparation, and measurement

- Monitor machine efficiency and productivity

- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting

- Solve daily insert quality issues

Requirements:

Educational Background

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

- Vocational training or certification in CNC machining or EDM technology

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of EDM principles and operations

- Familiarity with EDM machines and programming

- Understanding of machining processes and materials

- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes

Experience and Certifications

- 2-3 years of experience in EDM machining or a related field

- Certification in EDM technology or CNC machining is an advantage

Soft Skills

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and precision

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies
