Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries, registrations, withdrawals, waitlist management, and fee collection
Maintain accurate enrolment records and follow up on leads to meet enrolment targets
Prepare financial documents, process GIRO deductions, and monitor payment status
Provide front-desk support and communicate effectively with parents
Assist with marketing activities and maintain sales/promotional materials
Manage general administrative tasks, including filing, procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
Support centre and company events, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations
Requirements:
MUST HAVE prior administrative experience in a local preschool setting
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficient in basic finance and administrative tasks
