Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + Transport Allowance (discuss during interview) + Bonus

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our team, specializing in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle project execution—from technical planning to site supervision—ensuring quality delivery, safety compliance, and timely completion of HVAC/ACMV projects.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all technical and management aspects of ACMV projects.

• Lead project teams including site engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor and control project costs, including materials and manpower.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for project coordination.

• Conduct site inspections, attend project meetings, and monitor progress against schedule.

• Implement construction safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate daily site work and establish preferred construction methodologies.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to management.

• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV/HVAC project work.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of reading and modifying technical drawings.
