Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Lead the development of strategies to increase national screening and vaccination rates within the western population.

• Design implementation plans and frameworks to drive preventive health adoption in the community.

• Develop prototypes to test and validate preventive health strategies before scaling.

Programme Implementation & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with internal clinical and corporate teams, community care providers, and external agencies to deliver community-based health initiatives.

• Manage programme execution to ensure alignment with national preventive health priorities.

• Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse screening and vaccination data to identify trends, gaps, and outreach opportunities.

• Track key performance metrics and evaluate programme effectiveness.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve population health engagement and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare, public health, community health, or programme management.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and/or programme development.

• Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
