Are you passionate about shaping the future of adult learners and professionals? We’re looking for an experienced Lecturer to join our team on a 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for industry practitioners or adult learning trainers with expertise in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, data analytics, or emerging technologies. You’ll play a key role in curriculum development, class facilitation, and building industry partnerships that drive impactful learning outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop engaging curriculum and course materials.

• Facilitate classes and manage learner engagement and assessments.

• Support course administration and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.

• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and industry collaborations.

• Participate in curriculum reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in training, curriculum development, and class management.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Creative problem-solver with project management experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.

• Experience in industry networking and partnership development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualification in business, marketing, data analytics, or related discipline.

• ACTA / ACLP or equivalent adult learning certification.

• Prior experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
