Job description

• Understanding of company products, sales strategies and liaise with sales team on sales function.

• Assisting with business planning and assist with sales team on reporting.

• Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events.

• Tracking sales progress and identifying potential issues.

• Liaising with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards.

• Providing insights to the sales team based on data analysis.

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.

• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex projects

• Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional teams and decision-making processes

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and regions
