Our Client:

Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
Mon to Fri, Office Hour / 12 Hour Rotating Shift Work (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)
Ang Mo Kio (Company Transport Provided @ Yio Chu Kang MRT)
UP $4200 Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 support for Data Center and assist Support Engineer in problem resolutions
Assist clients with resolving any issues/ problems on-site
Apply operating system updates, patches and configuration changes and ensure system runs according to specifications after resolution

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
Min 1 year of IT Operations / Data Centre Experience
