Manager / Senior Manager (SES Finance) – 12-Month Contract

Location: Kallang Sector
Salary: Up to $6,700 + 1-month completion bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

About the Role:
Join as a key finance role, supporting business units with accounting guidance, financial analysis, and operational improvements. You’ll be involved in budgeting, forecasting, costing for bids/tenders, maintaining accounting records, liaising with auditors, and driving finance-related projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide go-to-market support and accounting advice to business users

• Conceptualize and operationalize financial plans and processes

• Review costing for bid/tender submissions

• Analyze monthly financial results and monitor KPIs

• Drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Maintain accounting books and liaise with auditors

• Identify opportunities for process improvements with leadership and stakeholders

• Support business owners and finance functions on projects and finance matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Business from a reputable university

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Big Four audit firms and commercial roles

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Quick learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful

• Effective team player, self-motivated, and independent

• Experience in M&A or investment decisions is a plus
