Drone Operations Specialist/UAV Pilot - #1119155

A leading player in the drone manufacturing sector is looking for a Drone Operations Specialist to join their Singapore team. This role offers hands-on involvement in UAV operations, mission planning, data collection, and pilot training, supporting both industrial and defence applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute UAV missions in compliance with aviation regulations and Fly-it-Safe practices.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections, manage permits, and maintain UAVs and associated equipment.
• Operate UAVs with precision, including onboard cameras and sensors for data collection.
• Process and analyze collected data for reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Conduct UAV pilot training and flight tests.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to optimize UAV operations and incorporate end-user feedback.
• Respond to emergencies or malfunctions safely and efficiently.

The Talent

• Valid CAAS UAPL (experience with UAVs up to 25kg is advantageous).
• Diploma, A-levels, or equivalent relevant experience in UAV operations or related fields.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a Singaporean and able to undergo security clearance.
