Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote general insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.

• Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard.

• Update customer information in the database.

Selling Points:

• Leads will be provided.

• The hiring manager and the team are being supportive and emphasizing teamwork, sales target is also team target, not hire-and-fire environment.

• The required certifications which candidates obtained will remain active for-life and they can use this role as a steppingstone too.

• Specialized study and training program where candidates will be well supported.

• All training and exams will be fully sponsored.

Additional Information:

• Minimum education qualification of high school.
