Responsibilities:

  • Provide chronic disease, activities of daily living and/or palliative advice and counselling, as well as nursing procedures such as nasogastric tube insertion, catheter management and wound care. 

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

  • Registered with Singapore Nursing board

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in geriatric nursing and/or palliative care

  •  Ability to work both independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team, families and caregivers

  • Meticulous and responsible to maintain standards of professional nursing practice.

  • Service oriented with good communication skills and a love for clinical care delivery.

  • Palliative Care - Advanced/Specialist Diploma in Palliative Nursing, Geriatric Care - Advanced/Specialist Diploma in Geriatric/ Gerontology Nursing are added advantages
