Marketing Specialist - Tech Startup / hybrid ($3200 - $4500) - #1119001

We’re looking for a marketing generalist — part strategist, part creator, part project wrangler — who thrives in a fast-moving environment where “deadline” is a sacred word.

If you’ve led remote teams, worked across continents, and can turn half-baked ideas into well-executed campaigns — we want you in our tribe.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects end-to-end — from strategy to delivery.

• Coordinate with remote teams, designers, writers, and contractors to meet deadlines.

• Manage and optimize HubSpot campaigns (emails, CRM, workflows).

• Lead email marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign coordination.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline content production and reporting.

• Track campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with leadership on brand storytelling, launch campaigns, and creative strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or creative roles.

• Proven project management and deadline discipline.

• Experience managing remote teams or contractors across time zones.

• Comfortable with HubSpot (CRM, email automation, workflows).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.

• Self-starter who thrives in autonomy but can align quickly with leadership direction.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and unafraid to speak up when needed.

• Strong copywriting skills with a witty, human tone  .

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — strategist one day, storyteller the next.

• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

• Nice to have

• Experience in startups, healthtech, or wellness industries.

• You have done a startup before yourself. 

• Familiarity with paid ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) and analytics.

• Basic design skills (Figma or Canva).

• Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content strategy  .
