Project Manager (Construction / Main-Con / North / 5.5 Days / Basic Up S$ 5500) - #1118981

Our client, an established construction company (main-con), specializes in civil engineering and construction services, is seeking for talents for the position of Project Manager.

Working Location : North Area

Working Hours : 5.5 Days (Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm & Half-day Saturday, 8am to 1pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 5,500

• Variable Bonuses

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to plan, budget, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and meet high-quality standards.

• Responsible for the overall execution and successful completion of projects, maintaining control over time, cost, and quality.

• Lead and coordinate with all relevant parties to define project specifications and manage day-to-day site operations.

• Negotiate agreements with external vendors to achieve cost-effective outcomes.

• Secure necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities, and ensure site compliance with applicable regulations.

• Identify and allocate required resources—including manpower, equipment, and materials—while adhering to budget constraints.

• Develop and monitor construction schedules, planning intermediate phases to meet deadlines.

• Procure materials and equipment, and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or delays.

• Supervise project team activities, provide direction, and address issues or conflicts promptly.

• Track project progress and prepare comprehensive reports for management regularly.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, and promptly report any concerns.

• Lead site teams, including coordinators, safety personnel, supervisors, and workers to ensure daily work progresses efficiently.

• Oversee site coordinators in preparing and managing official submissions and discussions with consultants and authorities regarding work progress.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including method statements, work programmes, and other relevant submissions.

Job Requirements :

• At least NITEC in Civil / Structural Engineering related studies

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction industry

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project

• Candidates with PMP Certified will be highly preferred
