Job Scope:

• Receive and process documentation for all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor inventory levels and onduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.

• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and all necessary documentation for outbound shipments.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Maintain open communication with internal teams and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth movement of goods.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

• Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided

• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics under freight forwarding is preferred

• Basic knowledge of import and export / shipping process.

• Able to work fast space environment and stay organized.
