Engineer(Plumbing & Sanitary) - #1118672

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site plumbing and sanitary works for HDB projects.

• Review designs, prepare method statements, and submit technical documents for HDB approval.

• Ensure strict compliance with HDB codes, standards (CONQUAS/QM Mark), and safety regulations.

• Liaise with HDB officers, main contractors, and consultants.

• Schedule and facilitate HDB inspections and handle project documentation.

• Monitor project progress, resources, and quality control.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, with proven track record on HDB projects.

• In-depth knowledge of HDB procedures, standards, and submission requirements.

• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
