Order Fulfilment (SAP S/4HANA) - #1118646

The Order Fulfilment Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed, coordinated, and delivered efficiently. This position serves as the central point of contact between various departments — including planning, logistics, warehouse, transport, and customer service — to ensure seamless execution and exceptional delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Coordination

• Oversee the order fulfilment process from system entry to final delivery.

• Monitor and manage the order pipeline, resolving any holds, blocks, or errors promptly.

• Coordinate outbound deliveries, ensuring schedules align with shipping timelines.

• Manage exceptions such as urgent requests, delivery splits, or special handling.

• Check product availability and escalate supply risks proactively.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the main liaison for Customer Care on order updates, delays, or escalations.

• Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, transport, and planning teams to prioritize fulfilment tasks.

• Support resolution of shipment-related claims and customer documentation queries.

• Participate in regular coordination meetings to review order statuses and address potential risks.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all customer shipment documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) are complete and compliant.

• Work with the shipping team to confirm transport bookings and track outbound deliveries.

• Maintain data accuracy in SAP and ensure adherence to internal audit standards.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify recurring fulfilment challenges and collaborate on corrective or preventive measures.

• Contribute to projects that enhance order visibility, delivery reliability, and system efficiency.

• Share insights and best practices with peers to improve overall fulfilment processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
