Key Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing & Content Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital narrative:
● Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google), aligning with company KPIs to enhance brand exposure, drive lead generation, and boost revenue.
● AI-Powered Content Creation: Lead the ideation, creation, and publishing of engaging, on-brand social media content, leveraging Generative AI tools for faster prototyping and production.
● Visual Storytelling (Photography & Videography): Conceptualise, capture, and edit high-quality photography and videography assets in-house for various digital and retail communications.
● Graphic Design & Collateral Development: Design a wide range of online and offline marketing collaterals, including brochures, digital advertisements, and training materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
● Website Management & SEO: Regularly update and maintain the company's website (Wordpress) to enhance brand awareness, improve positive exposure, and implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
● Performance Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate data and provide weekly analytical reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, offering insights for continuous improvement.
● KOL & Partnership Management: Connect with, manage, and nurture relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore new strategic partnerships to expand marketing opportunities.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather customer insights, feedback, and product information.
Who You Are
You are an ideal candidate if you:
● Are highly proficient and enthusiastic about utilising AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva Magic Studio, CapCut AI, AI Studios, etc) for efficient content creation and ideation.
● Possess a strong and refined aesthetic eye for beauty and design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to translate brand identity into compelling visuals.
● Are highly organised, structured, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Have a proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms, understanding current trends and engagement strategies.
● Are resourceful, proactive, tech-savvy, and possess a strong sense of responsibility in delivering high-quality work.
● Have working knowledge in SEO/SEM strategies, keyword research using AI-powered tools (e.g. Keyword Planner, Yoast, etc) and their application to digital content.
● Demonstrate a clear understanding of balancing captivating brand visuals with measurable marketing objectives.
