Manager of Clinical & Home Care - #1118600

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical and Home Care operations (Meals-on-Wheels, Medical Escort Transport, Integrated Community Care Services).

• Ensure clinical governance, service quality, and compliance with MOH, AIC, and MSF standards.

• Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and care staff to uphold service excellence.

• Drive operational efficiency, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Partner with government and community agencies to strengthen service integration.

What You Bring

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Allied Health, Gerontology, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in eldercare, healthcare, or community care management.

• Strong leadership, clinical governance, and operational management skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people development abilities.
