Up to $3600/Mth | Research Officer | Mon - Fri (Office Hrs) - #1118595

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth literature reviews and synthesize findings

- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data

- Utilize statistical software to draw meaningful insights

- Prepare clear and concise research reports and presentations

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate research projects

- Support knowledge management initiatives by archiving research processes and outcomes

- Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills:

- Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field

- At least 1 year of relevant research experience including internship

- Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis

- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team
