Contract Tenant Management Executive at Bedok, up to $4,500 - #1118589

Responsibilities:

• Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

• Track and analyze the performance of tenants

• Engage Tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansion

• Conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions

• Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters

• Support the central leasing team in terms of lease management and administration

• Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms

• Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals

• Analyze tenants’ sales data for reporting

• Prepare and submit leasing reports on monthly basis

• Provide management and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required

• Assist CM/GM on yearly budgeting, forecast with respect to income arising from leasing activities

Period:

• 5 Months Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location:

• Bedok

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (subjected to changes)

Salary:

• Up to $4,500

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player

• Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
