Key Responsibilities
Corporate & B2B Sales:
· Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for long-term stays.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Accommodation Sales:
· Collaborate with educational institutions to promote and secure bookings for students.
· Develop tailored packages and solutions to meet the needs of student housing.
Online Travel Agents (OTAs):
· Manage relationships with OTAs to optimize room inventory and pricing.
· Monitor OTA performance and implement strategies to increase visibility and bookings.
Revenue Management:
· Analyse market trends and industry activity to identify opportunities for growth.
· Implement pricing and promotion strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
