Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and project timelines.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar project roles (sourcing to onboarding).

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and project-based positions.

• Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring reports.

• Drive bulk/project hiring campaigns to meet project staffing needs.

• Maintain HR records, contracts, databases, and documentation.

• Support payroll, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.

Requirement:

• Degree studies.

• Minimum 3 year of Talent Acquisition experience in construction/manufacturing industry.

• Experience in recruiting for white-collar project-based roles (Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Planners, HSE, etc.).

• Proficient in Microsoft application & ATS system.
