Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory departments
• Process and verify customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
• Monitor order status and coordinate with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure quality standards in picking, packing, and labelling
• Plan inventory replenishment based on order trends and operational needs
• Liaise with courier partners and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and manage shipment escalations
• Track delivery performance and optimize routes for cost efficiency
• Prepare fulfilment reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support cross-functional process improvements
• Assist in implementing new systems and tools to enhance fulfilment efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including managing customer service teams
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in warehouse operations improvement is an added advantage
• Ability to analyze data to support operational decisions is an added advantage
