Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Projects/ Builders/ M&E) - #1118522

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quantity surveying and contract administration activities.

• Conduct material and quantity take-offs with accurate cost estimation.

• Source quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Prepare bids and tender submissions independently.

• Handle material ordering and procurement documentation.

• Administer project and contract documents efficiently.

• Manage progress claims, payment responses, and variation orders.

• Take ownership of sizable project claims from start to completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end renovation or fit-out projects.

• Knowledge of interior fit-out projects, M&E materials, and procurement processes.

• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
