Job Descriptions:
· To prepare invoices, delivery orders and other related documents necessary for deliveries
· Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
· Update, maintain documentations for references
· Coordinate with internal team
· Attend to customers' product enquiries
· To prepare Purchase Order and Goods Receive for orders
· Stock and Warehouse management including packing of stock for delivery
· General file keeping
· Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently as well as a good team player
· Able to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the development of the company
· 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales Admin or related
