Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations to ensure quality, safe, and compliant care in line with Singapore Nursing Board standards and ENHS requirements.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring optimal staffing, performance, and a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and care pathways, ensuring accurate documentation and timely incident reporting.

• Drive staff training, competency development, and evidence-based nursing practices.

• Manage budgets, resources, and collaborate with other departments to enhance clinical and operational efficiency.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Advanced Diploma in Nursing is advantageous.

• Singapore Nursing Board registered.

• Preferably with 4-5 years of experience in a similar position within a nursing home/ geriatric ward.
