About the role

Richee Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring the financial success of our civil and structural engineering initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects

• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process

• Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

• Preparing and analyzing progress claims, variations and final accounts

• Advising project managers and clients on cost-saving measures and budgetary considerations

• Maintaining comprehensive cost records and reports

• Collaborating with the design team to ensure cost-effective solutions

  
  

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of successfully managing project costs and budgets

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities

• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
