Job Responsibilities

Baggage Operations

• Monitoring and sharing real-time flight and baggage information.

• Allocating tasks and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment efficiently.

• Supervising baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks, ensuring timely loading and unloading.

• Ensuring correct container/trolley setup, proper baggage documentation, and compliance with security standards.

• Handling interline and transfer baggage, coordinating for tight connection flights.

• Investigating and reporting baggage mishandling or irregularities.

• Liaising with Load Control, ground handlers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline. 

• Comfortable with shift work.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly base salary from $2,500 for local candidates with relevant diploma qualifications, with additional shift allowances and overtime opportunities.
