Are you passionate about process improvement and innovation in manufacturing? We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and help drive excellence across our operations in Singapore and overseas!

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and define factory & production processes across the Group

• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation

• Deploy production processes and procedures locally and overseas

• Manage next-gen production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly

• Oversee audit and compliance of factory and process engineering standards

• Support operations and process engineering initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Min 2 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing. Applicant without experience welcome to apply

• Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel overseas
