Manager, Event Safety & Operations (1 Month Contact) - #1118206

A Day in the Life:

• Lead all aspects of event safety and operational risk management, including venue compliance, emergency preparedness, and crowd management

• Oversee site readiness through inspections, stakeholder coordination, and licensing compliance

• Develop and implement escalation protocols, reporting flows, and incident management frameworks

• Direct event-day operations from the control room, ensuring effective communication, decision logging, and emergency response where required

• Provide management with risk assessments, compliance briefings, and recommendations to mitigate closure or enforcement risks

Who We are Looking For:

• Degree / Diploma in Events Management, Safety & Risk Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale event operations, safety, or compliance

• Strong knowledge of SCDF Fire Code, workplace safety, and emergency protocols in Singapore

• Proven experience in crowd management, risk assessment, and emergency planning

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage venue authorities, vendors, and internal teams

• Certifications in Occupational First Aid, WSH, or crowd safety (advantageous)
